The click of the issue: women do science

Estefanía Prior Cano's talk-colloquium, "The Click of the Question: Women in Science," invites us to reflect on gender inequality in science and the need to "click" to deactivate the automatisms that perpetuate these differences.

To what extent is science free from bias? How do gender stereotypes influence the way scientific knowledge is formulated and interpreted? 

The meeting will take place on Friday October 17, 13:00 - 15:00 hours, in the Graduation Hall of the building Departmental I from the Fuenlabrada Campus. The activity is aimed at students, teachers, and university staff. Due to its educational nature, the following will be recognized: 0.1 RAC credits to those who attend.
