Explorer is a pre-incubation program that helps young people from 18 to 31 years to experiment with entrepreneurship, to validate if your business idea can become a sustainable project and acquire transversal skills necessary not only to undertake, but also to be more employable and add value to any organization.
Are you studying, doing your TFG or doing research and don't know how to bring the full potential of your work to the business world?
For 12 weeks (from January to April 2023) and for free, you will be able to work on your business idea to validate if you can transform it into an economically sustainable project.
How? The modality will be 100% digital for participants in Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, the United States, Mexico, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Uruguay, while in Explorer URJC it will be blended (or 100% online if the situation requires it), counting In addition, with a great expert in entrepreneurship with extensive experience who will act as Center Coordinator and mentors customized for each project called Xcouts.
You will be trained through a practical approach based on social learning dynamics, connecting with other Explorers like you and developing your passion.
At the end, if your project is selected, you will enjoy a week in Europe with a cohort of Explorers in a TOP innovation hub for entrepreneurs who, like you, want to change the world

- Have an idea (it does not need to be developed, but it cannot be a legally constituted company)

- It will be valued positively to have availability in the afternoons, especially on Wednesdays
Participación: You have to register in Santander X, and once inside, sign up for the call for "Explorer Training | Spanish" before December 13. (Don't forget to select the Rey Juan Carlos University as your center!)
EQUIPMENT: Projects formed by 1 to 5 members can sign up.
DEDICATION: 6-10 hours a week (for 12 weeks). Lean methodology is applied, that is, a practical methodology that does not require the writing of heavy business plans or tedious theoretical-academic tasks.

You are in the right place. You don't even need to have a clear business or project idea from the beginning. The good thing about Explorer is that we are going to give you the tools to validate all this for yourself: if the idea has potential, if there is a market, if there is competition... if you have entrepreneurial material! Don't be afraid and apply with what you have in mind... maybe it will help you find a team or simply acquire a series of skills so that in the future you can consider new projects with a more solid foundation.
Definitely yes. Undertaking is not for everyone, Explorer is. Give yourself twelve weeks to try, make mistakes, learn, be inspired, but above all, to turn your idea into something tangible, understand if it could become a potential source of income and also do it accompanied by people who, like you, don't conforms to the world that we have had to live.
