The FCS hosts the first face-to-face meeting of the intervention program “Transition to motherhood from its integration into identity as a woman”

Posted by Francisco G. Esquer

It was held on March 17th, within the framework of the IMaterna research project, and developed by the research group, led by Patricia Catala

Around 30 participants from across Spain met in person for the first time and shared a space for connection, support, and networking. The event included group activities with practical exercises for reflecting on motherhood and a yoga session, led by psychologist and instructor Gema Cortés from Espacio Psinergía. This first in-person meeting marked a milestone in the program's development and reinforces the commitment of Rey Juan Carlos University and the MdMadre research group to applied research and psychological well-being during motherhood.
