The exhibition “Tenderness, kisses, hugs against stigma” arrives at the FCS

Posted by Francisco G. Esquer

The exhibition portrays people with HIV infection embracing their doctors, as a way of expressing solidarity and empathy between doctor and patient, and continuing to fight against the stigma surrounding HIV.

The exhibition has been created by the AIDS Study Group (GeSIDA), which he currently chairs Maria Velasco, a specialist in the Infectious Diseases Unit, head of the Research Unit at HUFA and associate professor at the FCS. The exhibition is located in the basement of Building II.
