La Parkinson's Association APARKAN held a conference on May 4 in the Assembly Hall of the Fundación Alcorcón University Hospital on Research in Parkinson's disease, framed within the Meetings of Associations in the Framework of Persons with Disabilities, in which the advances from the field of Neurology, Physiotherapy and Technology in patients with PD were presented.
There was a majority attendance of people with the disease (approximately 50) and the following participated: Lydia Vela, Head of Section of the Neurology Service of the HUFA, Pedro Gómez, Engineer of the UPM and Roberto Cano de la Cuerda, Full Professor of the Department of Physiotherapy , Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine of the URJC.
