The University Clinic is launching a free workshop designed to address one of the most common health concerns: posture and back pain.

Madrid, [29-05-2024] - The University Clinic of the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) launches a free workshop designed to address one of the most common health concerns: posture and back pain. With the aim of offering practical and effective solutions, the Free Postural Hygiene and Pilates Workshop will take place from June 10 to 13, 2024 at the facilities of the URJC University Clinic, located on the Alcorcón Campus, Avda. de Atenas. s/n.

Workshop Details:

  • Dates: Del 10 al 13 de junio de 2024
  • Opening hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
    • Tuesday and Thursday: 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

This workshop will be led by expert physiotherapists from the URJC University Clinic, who will share their experience and knowledge in the field of postural health and preventive physiotherapy. Through a combination of Pilates exercises and postural hygiene tips, participants will learn practical techniques to improve their posture in daily activities and reduce the risk of injury and back pain.
