Reservation of group work rooms
Rules of use
STG reservations will be made with the URJC domain user. Once the reservation is made, the reservation must be confirmed through the email received. At the entrance of the STG, the reservation must be validated by scanning the QR code that you will find stuck on the table. Once 10 minutes have passed since the beginning of the reservation without it being validated, it will be canceled and can be reserved by other users. Reservations can be made with a maximum of 2 hours. at 30 minute intervals. Only one reservation can be made per user/day. Reservations can be made two days in advance. Smoking or bringing food or drinks into the STG is not permitted. Be respectful of the equipment and facilities as they must be preserved as best as possible for the use of all university students. The responsibility for any deterioration will be that of the person to whom the reservation is made.
The Group Work Rooms (STG) may be used upon reservation. The reservation of the STG will be made electronically.
