Rules of use
Reservations for the STG (Student Logbook) will be made using your URJC domain username. Once a reservation is made, it must be confirmed via the email received. Upon entering the STG, the reservation must be validated by scanning the QR code affixed to the table. If the reservation is not validated within 10 minutes of the start time, it will be canceled and made available to other users. Reservations can be made for a maximum of 2 hours, in 30-minute increments. Only one reservation per user per day is allowed. Reservations can be made up to two days in advance. Smoking and bringing food or drinks into the STG are not permitted. Please respect the equipment and facilities, as they must be kept in the best possible condition for the use of all university students. The person who made the reservation will be responsible for any damage.
The Group Work Rooms (STG) may be used upon reservation. The reservation of the STG will be made electronically.

Smoking or bringing food or drinks into the STG is not permitted. Be respectful of the equipment and facilities as they must be preserved as best as possible for the use of all university students. The responsibility for any deterioration will be that of the person to whom the reservation is made.
