Presentation
The University Expert in Facilitation of the Casa Vital Model: Analysis and Reorganization of Life Areas offers specialized training focused on applying the Casa Vital model in educational, organizational, and personal development contexts. This model allows for the analysis of the organization of different life areas, the detection of imbalances, and the facilitation of structural reorganization processes from a non-clinical perspective. The training integrates contributions from role theory, narrative identity, and contextual models of value-based regulation, providing a rigorous, evidence-based methodology for promoting well-being and life coherence.
Objectives
- Apply the Casa Vital model as a non-clinical facilitation tool.
- Conduct systematic analyses of life areas and priorities.
- Design reorganization plans adapted to different contexts.
- Act with ethical criteria, defining the scope of the facilitation.
- Incorporate monitoring and continuous improvement processes.
Program
Module I. Fundamentals of the Vital House Model (1,5 ECTS)
Conceptualization of the Casa Vital model.
Hierarchical architecture of living areas.
Role theory and narrative identity.
Values and commitments.
Self-diagnostic tools and the creation of hierarchical maps.
Module II. Application and Advanced Facilitation of the Casa Vital Model (1,5 ECTS)
Technical facilitation protocol.
Analysis of structural mismatches.
Design of reorganization plans.
Applications in educational, organizational and human development contexts.
Simulations and group supervision.
External internships: The program does not include mandatory external internships. It incorporates supervised academic internships through simulations, case studies, and applied exercises.
Final Degree Project: Not applicable. The program includes a final applied project integrated into Module II.

Aimed at professionals and university graduates interested in the application of the Casa Vital model in educational, organizational and human development fields.
access requirements
Official university degree, preferably in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related areas.
Exceptionally, professionals without university degrees who can demonstrate relevant experience in related fields may be admitted, subject to prior assessment by the Academic Directorate.

Suitability of academic or professional profile (35%).
Experience in intervention, facilitation or management of people (30%).
Related prior training (20%).

The documentation that you will have to submit is the following:
Students with a degree obtained from a Spanish university or a Higher Education Institution belonging to another Member State of the European Higher Education Area that provides access to continuing education courses must submit the following documentation:
- National Identity Document or equivalent
- University Degree of the studies that give you access to the requested postgraduate degree. *
- Curriculum vitae
- Responsible declaration of veracity of the data provided in digital format
- Any other document required by the Academic Department of Continuing Education for acceptance.
Students with foreign qualifications must submit the following documentation:
- Passport or Residence Card
- Foreign Higher Education Degree (Graduate, Bachelor's Degree, Architect, Engineer, Doctor...) that gives access to continuing education studies. *
- Curriculum vitae
- Responsible declaration of veracity of the data provided in digital format
- Any other document required by the Academic Department of Continuing Education for acceptance
* A university degree (bachelor's or bachelor's degree) is required to access both Master's and Expert and Specialist courses. However, on some occasions the possibility is considered for people without a previous university degree but who can demonstrate professional experience related to the subject of the course to access it.
This possibility must be included in the corresponding academic report and will be subject in all cases to the decision of the Course Director. People who access through this route will only receive a Diploma or a Certificate of University Extension depending on the case.
