Appointment of auditors: It is recalled that the representatives of each admitted candidate may designate observers, by means of a written document addressed to the Central Electoral Board by electronic headquarters of the URJC attaching it to the general electronic application (presents/requests). Applications, in accordance with article 15.1 of the Regulations for the election of Rector, may be submitted on March 24th and 25th. Written by request for an auditor. |

JEC communiqué: presentation of candidatures The deadline for submitting candidacy, according to the calendar, is from March 12 to 17. The candidacy and appointment documents for general representative will be addressed to the Central Electoral Board and will be submitted by electronic headquarters of the URJC annexing it to the general instance (Exposes/Requests) electronically or, where appropriate, in the registry offices, using the model established for this purpose. |

Electoral Calendar
The Governing Council of the Rey Juan Carlos University, in an extraordinary session on March 3, approved the call for elections for rector, as well as the electoral calendar.
Voting modalities 2nd round
In accordance with article 18.5 of the Regulations for elections to the Rector, the exercise of the vote can be carried out by voting in person on the day of the vote or by voting by certified mail or by voting in the University Registry. The instructions for the different voting modalities are included in the following documents.

Electoral census
Once the process of claims to the provisional census has been completed, anyone who proves that they meet the necessary conditions to be an elector may request the Central Electoral Board to issue a specific census certification, through general instance electronics before the March 19 inclusive.
