SPECIAL MEASURES AND ADAPTATION REQUESTS 2025

Applications and documentation may be submitted through the procedure established at the URJC electronic headquarters.

Application submission deadline: from January 20 to February 20, 2025.

POSSIBLE ADAPTATION MEASURES

Adaptation measures are divided into three groups depending on special educational needs:

● GROUP 1: Adaptations applied to students with special educational needs associated with disabilities

● GROUP 2: Adaptations applied to students with specific learning difficulties and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders

● GROUP 3: Adaptations applied to students who need resources associated with chronic diseases

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS

The processing is carried out exclusively through the procedure established in the electronic office. This procedure will be requested by a natural person (center director, counselor or head of studies), who must provide the mandatory signed documentation indicated below and electronically sign the procedure at the headquarters:

STEP 1: download, complete and sign the mandatory documentation that will be requested later in the electronic procedure (step 2). 

Mandatory documentation

• Appendix 1: Adaptation request (necessary signed by the director and counselor/Head of studies. This document must be signed by both)
• Anexo 2: Express authorization (by the student)

Additional documentation to be presented according to the adaptation group requested

• Disability certificate (in case of requesting group 1 adaptation)
• Technical disability opinion (in case of requesting group 1 adaptation)
• Official medical report (in case of requesting group 3 adaptation)

We recommend having this documentation and the supporting documents according to the adaptation group to be requested BEFORE INITIATING THE APPLICATION AT THE ELECTRONIC OFFICE.

PASO 2: Access to the adaptation request procedure: (the procedure is called Request for adaptation by Educational Center for the completion of the PAU 2025)

When processing requests for adaptation, centers must take into account that they must submit a request for each student for whom they are requesting adaptation, in consecutive order.

Agreement of November 11, 2024 of the Organizing Committee of the final evaluation of high school for access to the university of the Community of Madrid, which determines the measures that guarantee students with specific educational support needs the completion of the evaluation under the appropriate conditions of equality. ACADEMIC FEES

Prices for entrance tests to official university degree studies.

For registration in the test: 93,02 euros, plus 11,63 euros for each subject of the specific phase in which the student enrolls.

For registration only in the specific phase of the test: 46,51 euros, plus 11,63 euros for each subject in which the student enrolls

(*) The link to the meeting has been sent to the educational center by email. It is not necessary to have Teams installed to attend it. Check with your school or URJC coordinator of the subject.

IMPORTANT: Only specialist teachers from the centers that They take the EvAU at the URJC.
