Language Requirements for Degree Admission
Admission due to change of First and Second Cycle Studies to Degree (URJC Students)
As established in Article 5 of the REGULATION GOVERNING THE EXTINCTION PROCESS AND ADAPTATION OF THE REY JUAN CARLOS UNIVERSITY STUDY PLANS TO THE EUROPEAN HIGHER EDUCATION AREA,
Students who wish to adapt to the study plan of the Undergraduate Degrees, in addition to the general regulations, must take into account that:
- The Rey Juan Carlos University will annually publish the Degree Degrees to which students may request the adaptation from their respective Bachelor's, Diploma, Engineering and Technical Engineering Degrees.
- Students who adapt to the new study plan will not be counted the exhausted calls in the pending subjects of the previous plan.
- The recognition of credits of courses studied in the plans of origin of the students that adapt to the corresponding Bachelor's degrees referred to in section 1 of this article, will not entail any economic cost for them.
- In the study plans of Degree Degrees there will be credit recognition tables between subjects of the plan or plans to be extinguished with the newly implemented one, to apply to the records of the students who choose to continue their studies in the new Degree. Specific information will be provided through the website of the Rey Juan Carlos University (www.urjc.es).
The students of the plans to be extinguished will have a guaranteed place in the new Degree, provided that they comply with the permanence regulations of the Rey Juan Carlos University.
Those First or Second Cycle students who do not find correspondence of their degree with any degree, must write to the Vice-Rector for Students, requesting that their case be studied to see which degree degrees they could enroll.

Documentation to deliver
Those students who apply for admission to any of the URJC Affiliated Centers must submit, in addition to the required documentation, an admission flyer from the Affiliated Center.
URJC students
Only those students who request access to degrees with a Specific Test or Language Requirement must submit documentation.
- Access to degrees with specific entrance test
- Subscription receipt of the payment of the Aptitude Assessment Test fees.
- Application Form Specific Access Test.
- Language level
- If you are in possession of one of the Official titles at an international level that accredits the level of English that appear in ANNEX 1 of the document language requirements for admission to degrees taught in English
- CERTIFICATE or TITLE that certifies said level.
- If you must perform the level test,
- Subscription receipt of the payment of the Aptitude Assessment Test fees.
- Application Form Specific Access Test.
- If you are in possession of one of the Official titles at an international level that accredits the level of English that appear in ANNEX 1 of the document language requirements for admission to degrees taught in English
Other Students
- Personal Academic Certificate of the University of Origin. (drafts of certifications, academic reports, etc. are not valid)
- DNI, NIE or passport.
- Access to degrees with specific entrance test
- Subscription receipt of the payment of the Aptitude Assessment Test fees.
- Application Form Specific Access Test.
- Language level
- If you are in possession of one of the Official titles at an international level that accredits the level of English that appear in ANNEX 1 of the document language requirements for admission to degrees taught in English.
- CERTIFICATE or TITLE that certifies said level.
- If you must perform the level test,
- Subscription receipt of the payment of the Aptitude Assessment Test fees.
- Application Form Specific Access Test.
- If you are in possession of one of the Official titles at an international level that accredits the level of English that appear in ANNEX 1 of the document language requirements for admission to degrees taught in English.
- In the case of requesting Qualifications of the URJC that qualify for the Exercise of Professional Activities They must also present Access/admission note for the requested study.
Enrollment and file transfer
In the case of being admitted, the student must:
- URJC students who have been admitted to another URJC degree, must complete Automatic validation of subjects BEFORE to formalize the registration (provided there is a table).
- URJC students who DO NOT have a validation table automatic, once the registration has been formalized, they can request validation through the following link Manual validation of subjects
- Students from other universities, Once the registration is formalized, they can request validation through the following link Manual validation of subjects
- Transfer from URJC to another URJC campus or degree: they must request the procedure through the link enabled in the electronic headquarters, where they can attach the Admission letter and request the payment receipt for the file transfer fee.
- Transfer from another University to URJC: with the admission letter or enrollment receipt, go to your home university to request payment of the file transfer fees, which you must justify at the URJC.
Those students who wish to request a place in those degrees that are not offered by Transfer for the course must request it via pre-registration.
