What is the University Card or TUI?

The TUI. stands for Smart University Card, issued in collaboration with Banco Santander, and which identifies you as a member of the Rey Juan Calos University. It allows you access to the spaces limited to the University Community, to the library loan and to enjoy the advantages of being a member of the university.

The university card is issued exclusively in digital format and is available in the appURJC mobile application. If you already had a card you will check that it is available in the app.

Obtain it virtually or in person (Students)

Assisted through the issuance points that Banco Santander makes available to you in the following places:

    • Vicalvaro Campus: Hall of the Classroom Building.
    • Mostoles Campus: Hall of the Restoration Building (In front of the Work Café).
    • Fuenlabrada Campus: Local 1 of the Commercial Gallery.
    • Alcorcon Campus: Hall of the Cafeteria Building (in front of Reprography).

Provisional issue date: 09/09/24 – 27/09/24

Autonomously, for new students, from the beginning of September, following the assistant in the application itself and as you can see below

It's very easy, you just have to:

1.- Download and install appURJC on your mobile, available here for iOS o here for android

2.- Log in to the appURJC with the user credentials of the university. Next, a wizard will guide you through the automatic activation process in three steps:

  • Upload your photo
  • Data validation
  • Activation of the virtual card

Once you have activated the Virtual TUI, in https://gestion2.urjc.es/fotourjc/ you can view your photo and change it, and control which system you want it to show up on and where it doesn't.

Get it physically. Only (PAS/PDI)

Some services require a PHYSICAL TUI, such as access (PAS/PDI) to campus buildings and garages, or for attendance control. To this end, the URJC has launched a process for Instant Issuance of the Smart University Card for members of the University Community. In order to streamline the procedure for issuing the TUI for members of the University Community, avoiding delays in obtaining it and allowing them to access all associated services in an agile manner, from the 2022/2023 academic year they will remain in operation. several Instant Issuance Points of the TUI in the different Campuses.

The physical card is only available to contracted URJC staff, if you are a student you can access all services with your Virtual TUI.

  • Alcorcón: Office 014 of the Campus Management Building.
  • Aranjuez: office H204 of the San Carlos Hospital Building
  • Móstoles: office 111 of the Campus Management Building.
  • Fuenlabrada: office 112 of the Campus Management Building.
  • Vicálvaro: office 032 of the Management Building.

The first is photography. https://gestion2.urjc.es/fotourjc/ you can see your photo and change it or add a new one in case you don't have it and control in which system you want it to be shown and where not. If you prefer, it can be done directly at the time the card is issued.

Go up
