University Mentoring Office

Student mentoring programs were launched at Rey Juan Carlos University in 2011, and since then, various programs for faculty members have been implemented. Recognizing that mentoring is key to personal development, the University Mentoring Office, through all its initiatives, aims to foster collaboration within the university community and the transferability of values, skills, and knowledge; promote camaraderie; facilitate the integration of new members; and cultivate an open and welcoming culture.

Today, the office has 4 programs aimed at newly admitted students and teachers, students with disabilities and innovative teachers, and actively works on pioneering programs aimed at senior students, university students for older students and PTGAS.

Over 900 mentors and mentees have already generously and voluntarily benefited from and experienced the advantages of mentoring. In recent years, the growing interest from the university community in participating in a mentoring program has made the selection and matching processes increasingly challenging. And that's because mentoring works. And we want you to be a part of it.
