Gender Equality Observatory

El Gender Equality Observatory of the Rey Juan Carlos University, who drives Ms. Ana de Miguel Álvarez It was created by agreement of the Governing Council on October 24, 2014 and was put into operation in January 2015 for the following purposes:

  1. The inclusion of the gender perspective in academic research and the promotion of gender studies.
  2. Collaboration with institutions or organizations linked to equality policies or research on the subject; especially promoting collaboration with local entities where we have university campuses.
  3. Networking with other institutes, observatories or units that work for gender equality

The regulations governing the operation of the URJC Gender Equality Observatory were approved by agreement of the Governing Council on July 24, 2015.
