The URJC Music Classroom is a space created for students with musical concerns, who want to continue their passion for music within the university. This is basically made up of four groups or workshops. The symphony orchestra, the choir, the choir for the elderly and the musical theater workshop. Occasionally other workshops are held, such as the modern song workshop.

URJC Choir
The University Choir is made up of staff and students who share a love of singing and music as a community. We meet once a week to rehearse on the Móstoles campus, preparing projects that lead us to unique experiences.
We participate in the University's major academic events and offer several concerts each year with a varied repertoire, ranging from classical music to contemporary pieces. We frequently collaborate with the Orchestra, forming an impressive ensemble that has performed in such iconic venues as the National Auditorium in Madrid, the Almudena Cathedral, the Church of Las Calatravas, the Pontifical Basilica of San Miguel, and the Royal Basilica of Our Lady of Atocha. We have also taken our music beyond our borders, performing in countries such as Hungary, the Czech Republic, Austria, the United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, and Turkey.
You don't need any prior musical knowledge to join the choir. All you need is your voice and a desire to have fun. Come and participate!

The main objective is to experience musical theater as a form of personal growth: to understand ourselves better, learn to express ourselves freely, overcome stage fright, and develop tools that can be useful not only on stage but also in our daily lives.
