Basic Information
Presentation
Infographics are a widely used tool in all areas where there is a need to communicate complex information creatively and visually. Fields such as journalism, science communication, marketing, corporate communications, and museums make extensive use of them, so the interest and usefulness of a course like this one, focused on creating infographics, is clear.
Objectives
That the student learns and puts into practice the processes of creating infographics through the different phases in which it is structured:
In the research phase, we will analyze the different strategies and objectives for collecting the data and information we will need to create the infographic.
In the conceptualization phase, we will explore how to transform all the information gathered in the research phase into images.
Finally, in the plastic creation phase, the images will be materialized through a combined process of painting and sculpture that will be complemented by the use of digital media to integrate all the elements that will make up the final infographic.
