On October 28, 29 and 30, the XNUMXnd Education Week organized by the DELEDUCA URJC student delegation took place on the Fuenlabrada campus. Following the success of the XNUMXst Edition, the event returned to the FCEDEI to bring students together in an educational, dynamic and social meeting.

The 2nd Education Week was supported by the Call for Student Projects of the URJC Student House and sponsored by Magister and Helmeca.

The event was inaugurated with the presence of the Deputy Vice-Rector for Students, Rosa Romero, the Dean of the Faculty, Fernando del Villar, the Director of the Student House, Javier Rodríguez Abengózar, the President of the URJC Student Council, Pablo Castillo and the Delegate of the Faculty, Ayoub El Arnouki.

The conference was attended by more than 200 people, and included real testimonies from retired teachers who had to teach in the post-war period, a team of teachers who work in hospital classrooms and recounted another educational reality, and a team of female teachers who recounted what their real experience in the classroom was like.

In addition, different units of the URJC also participated, such as the Office of Animal Assisted Intervention, the Healthy University or the Office of Learning and Service, who in workshops, presentations and various dynamics, valued their daily work and showed the attendees everything they could learn from them.

Finally, and following last year's tradition, the closing ceremony was attended by the 2nd DELEDUCA TROPHIES presentation gala.

And, after the trophy presentation, the Vice-Chancellor for Students, Almudena López, and the Vice-Dean of Students of the FCEDEI, Diana Amado, together with Ayoub El Arnouki, Noa Callejo and Lucía García, representing the more than 30 members of the organizing team, were in charge of putting the finishing touch to the event and closing it.

It has undoubtedly been a great event for the entire Faculty and has demonstrated the good unity and involvement of the students of Deleduca and the Faculty, who have once again achieved their goal this year.

We are already waiting for the third edition.
