Professor Doctor M ªTeresa Villacé Molinero, teacher of the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences of the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC), has been recognized among “The 25 Most Innovative in the Tourism Sector 2025”, an award promoted by Ilunion Hotels y TecnoHotel that distinguishes the professionals who are transforming the tourism industry through innovation, sustainability, accessibility and responsible leadershipIn a list composed mainly of leaders and senior officials in the tourism sector, the teacher Teresa Villacé Molinero She stands out as one of the few representatives from the academic field.

This award, whose first edition was presented during the Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS) held in Seville on October 23, focuses on the people who are driving real change in tourismbeyond projects or companies. According to the organization, the objective of these awards is to highlight the talent that generates a positive impact and build a more sustainable tourism model inclusive, technological and human.
