With over three decades of experience, Sánchez has established himself as a key figure in international haute cuisine, distinguished by a gastronomic approach that combines technical excellence, local identity, and innovation.

Her career has been recognized with numerous national and international awards, and her influence transcends the restaurant industry, actively contributing to the contemporary debate on sustainability, gastronomic culture and the future of the sector.
