FCEE joins Global Money Week 2026 with the motto “Talk about money. It’s good manners”

From March 16 to 20, the FCEE celebrates Global Money Week with a daily program from 13:00 to 14:30 on the Vicálvaro Campus.

This international initiative seeks to normalize conversations about personal finance in order to improve economic skills and decisions.

The Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences (FCEE) of the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) joins the Global Money Week 2026 From March 16 to 20, an international initiative that promotes financial education among young people in more than 100 countries.

under the motto “Talk about money. It’s polite.”The program will take place Monday through Friday from 13:00 PM to 14:30 PM at the Vicálvaro Campus. The sessions will cover key topics such as money and inflation (March 16), interest rates and risk (March 17), portfolio diversification (March 18), the taboo surrounding money (March 19), and behavioral biases (March 20).

This activity aims to normalize conversations about personal finance, fostering habits such as expense management, saving, and responsible investing. It includes interactive tools and presentations tailored for students, highlighting benefits such as improved financial literacy, as reported by PISA and OECD studies.

The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FCEE) invites the entire university community to participate in these free workshops, which reinforce the faculty's commitment to practical training and financial literacy.
