The FCEE welcomes prospective students to its Open House.

The Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences of the Rey Juan Carlos University held a new edition of its Open Days last Friday, April 17, in which it welcomed numerous prospective students and their families interested in learning more about its academic offerings and the university environment.

The day unfolded in a friendly and engaging atmosphere, marked by the enthusiasm and excitement of those about to embark on a new chapter. The visits allowed attendees to experience university life firsthand, have their questions answered, and discover the opportunities the Faculty offers. Many participants' faces reflected their excitement at the start of this new phase of their lives.

One of the most special moments of the day was the testimony of some families who shared their connection with the Rey Juan Carlos University, remembering how they met studying there two decades ago and how they now return accompanying their sons and daughters on this same academic path.

During the welcome address, the Vice-Rector for Students, Employability and Entrepreneurship spoke, Julio Ramiro Bargueno, as well as the Vice-Deans of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business and of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Isabel Rodríguez Iglesias and Ricardo Manuel García-Vegas respectively, whose words proved inspiring to all those who came to learn about the University's academic project.

Following the official welcome, the activity continued in the Graduation Hall, where a more detailed presentation of the Faculty of Economics and Business SciencesThe Coordinator of Communication and Institutional Relations participated in this session. Irene Gutiérrez López, and the Vice Dean of Academic Planning, Faculty and Study Plans, Antonio Montero Navarro. Finally, they took the floor Irene Ruiz Alonso president of HERMESJavier Rodil Taboada, President of BICThe two most representative student associations of the Faculty presented their work, offering attendees a direct glimpse into university life, particularly through testimonials and visual materials showcasing the activities, events, and trips organized by both associations. These experiences reflect the dynamism of university life and its connection to the business world, providing prospective students with a practical and enriching perspective on their potential academic path.

The Faculty would like to sincerely thank all prospective students and their families for their visit, as well as for the interest and trust they have shown. Likewise, special recognition is extended to... faculty, coordinators from Grado already the students who participated in the organization and development of the day, for their availability, generosity and commitment to the guidance of those who will soon be part of the university community.

These Open Days reaffirm the Faculty's commitment to supporting and guiding prospective students at a key moment in their academic and personal journey.
