The Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences of the Rey Juan Carlos University held its Open Day last Friday, April 11, on the Vicálvaro campus, with a large influx of visitors throughout the day.

From 12:00 to 18:00, hundreds of students from Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), first and second years of Baccalaureate, accompanied by their families and teachers, were able to experience university life firsthand on a school day, interact with professors, current students and faculty members, and obtain detailed information about the wide range of degree programs offered by the school.

The day began with two institutional welcome sessions led by the management team, in which the faculty's educational mission and its commitment to student employability and comprehensive training were highlighted. Throughout the day, attendees toured the facilities, participated in orientation talks, and answered questions at informational stands organized by each degree program and led by the program coordinators, as well as at a stand from the URJC Mentoring Program Office. The event included the collaboration and support of the University's own students.

The high student and family participation demonstrated interest in the Faculty's educational offering, as well as the usefulness of these types of meetings in guiding key vocational and academic decisions. The Faculty thanks all participants for their attendance and looks forward to welcoming them back soon as future university students.
