3. Incorporate the principles of the European Charter and Code for Researchers and the HRS4R Strategy into the strategic axis of research and knowledge transfer of the URJC Strategic Plan 2020-2025.
4. Ensure the implementation and fulfillment of the objectives of the Action Plan.
