The Research Commission of the Rey Juan Carlos University is a consultative and advisory body of the Governing Council, whose purpose is to promote greater participation of members of the university community in issues related to research, development and innovation.
The functions of the Investigation Commission are:
- Advise the Governing Council on the general research policy and on the annual action priorities.
- Propose to the Governing Council the distribution of the University's budget dedicated to research and the distribution of external resources for the promotion of research.
- Propose the call and award of scholarships and research grants.
- Prepare the annual report of the research activities of the University.
- Propose to the Governing Council the Own Program for the Promotion and Development of Research.
