Basic Information

Presentation

The Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) presents a University Microcredential program in the Stock Market, from both a theoretical and practical perspective, which responds to current business demand, providing a unique opportunity for employed work, and also enables students to develop self-employment.

Investing in the stock market is one of the best-known ways to channel savings, so understanding the theory and practice of stock market investing is useful for future graduates of Rey Juan Carlos University, and especially for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business.

However, most degrees, both at Rey Juan Carlos University in general, and at the Faculty of Economics and Business in particular, do not include specific training on how to invest in the stock market.

Objectives

  • This training facilitates access to a wide range of positions in companies within the financial sector and promotes self-employment. Furthermore, it equips participants with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to work professionally as stock market investors.
  • Among the results of the learning process, the knowledge of theoretical and practical concepts stands out, as well as knowing how to use the basic technical tools to be able to invest in the stock market, and the training of the participant, with or without prior knowledge, to be able to invest in the stock market.

Programme

  1. Introduction to Investments
  2. Concepts for understanding the stock market
  3. Fundamental analysis
  4. Technical analysis
  5. Tools for investing in the stock market
