Solution: Solutions are developed through questionnaires, analysis of neurological signals (EEG, fMRI) and behavioral signals (Eye Tracking, Face Gesture Tracking, Mobile Behavior Tracking, Analysis of Facial Expressions, AFFDEX and RPG) Analysis with Artificial Intelligence of emotions through of the voice (AUDEERING).
Our proposal
We start from the conviction that people are the first productive resource, since they are the ones that add value, or remove it, to any other organizational resource.
Therefore, we act effectively on the development of desired behaviors is the most direct way to act on business results.
We think that any behavior is a highly automated process based on conscious or unconscious beliefs, which generate behavioral habits and thought styles.
Thus, The basis of our programs is to make evident the process on which a certain skill is built, to become owner of this process, and modify or develop it at the points where it is necessary.
We create and evaluate experiences to measure human behavior in the face of these experiences, with the aim of obtain results that facilitate the organization to optimize its results, generating more efficient products and services for the human being and the company.
Two major phases of work
1.- Associate the skills and perceptions of professionals with the neurocognitive and physiological bases that compose them:
- Questionnaires
- Observation of behavior (games, etc)
- Recording of brain activity and skin sweating tactile biofeedback
- Analysis of emotions through facial and voice microexpressions
2.- Develop skills: training - training - sensorization
The applied methodology is developed through questionnaires, physiological signal analysis (EKG, CV, GSR, EOG), neurological signs (EEG, fMRI) and behavioral cues (Eye Tracking, Face Gesture Tracking, Mobile Behavior Tracking) emotional voice analysis (via AI)
