- Pattern design and fabrication service by maskless nanolithography based on electrical micro-discharge scalable to 10 x 10 cm.
- Selective electrical microlithography service without mask for anode and cathode in multilayer devices scalable to 10 x10 cm. Limit line width 15 um.
- 3D characterization service of surface relief in areas up to 5.5 x 5.5 cm by contact profilometry.
- Optoelectronic device manufacturing service (OLEDs, solar cells and detectors) in an inert atmosphere.
- Characterization service of spectral radiance (luminance) in the visible range, and colorimetry (CIE color coordinates).
- Characterization of the current-voltage response in continuous or pulsed mode 77-400K
- Solar cell efficiency measurement service 2x2 cm2 maximum active area
- Characterization of the current-voltage response in continuous mode with a class AAA solar simulator, SINUS-70 (WAVELABS).
- Impedance spectroscopy service (100 mHz to 1MHz)
- Photoemission measurement service with integrating sphere (solid samples) in the 400-1650 nm range
LABCADIO is created with the following objectives:
- Strategic technical services to private sectors, companies and other universities.
- Research support (Laboratory associated with the Organic Optoelectronics Group of the URJC with the capacity to manufacture devices in an inert atmosphere)
- Teaching support: Carrying out internships and end-of-course projects for students of the different degrees who request it
