SKILLGAMES is based on dynamic gameplay that promote the development and acquisition of different skills known as soft skills, such as active listening, acceptance, adaptation to change, empathy, leadership, teamwork, effective communication, both verbal and corporal, emotional management, creativity and assertiveness, which are highly sought after professionally and very beneficial for life in general. In the changing world we live in, the practice and mastery of these skills is becoming increasingly necessary. Many schools and companies are using these skills, and they are growing. dynamic plays based on the training methods of theatrical improvisation with their students and/or employees in the form of intensive workshops, teambuilding sessions or kick-offs, resulting in an improvement of these skills at an individual level and a better working environment at a group level. Therefore, the completion of this course SKILL GAMES It would be interesting and useful for the work performance and general life of any person of working age.
