- Integrate artificial intelligence tools in BIM workflows, optimizing design, planning, and execution processes through automation and real-time data analysis.
- Design, coordinate and supervise BIM models in the different project disciplines (architecture, structures, facilities), ensuring interoperability and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Master specialized software, such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Presto or BIM Collaboration Pro, for the development and management of advanced projects.
- Understanding the importance of data By applying Big Data concepts, data analytics, dashboard creation, and other tools that allow us to make decisions in a logical and orderly manner.
- Leading the digital transformation in the construction sector, incorporating international standards such as ISO 19650 and buildingSMART.
- Manage communication and information exchange in collaborative environments, using cloud platforms and BIM coordination tools.
- Develop business management skills, including strategic planning, finance, marketing, project management, and leadership, geared toward architectural firms and construction companies.
- Implement Facility Management strategies, designing maintenance plans adapted to BIM models, anticipating construction conflicts using AI tools.
With this approach, the master's degree prepares students to work as BIM Managers, digital transformation consultants, project managers, or innovation leaders in companies in the AECO sector.
