Objectives

El Master's Degree in BIM Management with AI and Business Management in Construction Its purpose is to train professionals capable of leading construction projects using the BIM methodology, integrating artificial intelligence tools and business skills to address current challenges in the sector.

Throughout the program, students will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to:

  • Apply the BIM methodology in all phases of the life cycle of a construction project, from design to operation and maintenance of constructed assets.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence tools in BIM workflows, optimizing design, planning, and execution processes through automation and real-time data analysis.
  • Design, coordinate and supervise BIM models in the different project disciplines (architecture, structures, facilities), ensuring interoperability and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Master specialized software, such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Presto or BIM Collaboration Pro, for the development and management of advanced projects.
  • Understanding the importance of data By applying Big Data concepts, data analytics, dashboard creation, and other tools that allow us to make decisions in a logical and orderly manner.
  • Leading the digital transformation in the construction sector, incorporating international standards such as ISO 19650 and buildingSMART.
  • Manage communication and information exchange in collaborative environments, using cloud platforms and BIM coordination tools.
  • Develop business management skills, including strategic planning, finance, marketing, project management, and leadership, geared toward architectural firms and construction companies.
  • Implement Facility Management strategies, designing maintenance plans adapted to BIM models, anticipating construction conflicts using AI tools.

With this approach, the master's degree prepares students to work as BIM Managers, digital transformation consultants, project managers, or innovation leaders in companies in the AECO sector.

Competences

Students of the Master's in BIM Management with AI and Business Management in Construction will acquire technical and strategic training that will enable them to lead the digital transformation of the construction sector. Upon completion of the program, they will be able to:
