Presentation

Teaching, as a fundamental pillar of the educational system, faces constant challenges in an increasingly globalized and technological world. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into educational processes offers a unique opportunity to transform the way we teach and learn, responding to the needs of an ever-changing society. The interest in training teachers in the use of AI lies in the capacity of this technology to significantly improve the quality of teaching, allowing educators to offer more personalized, effective and equitable learning experiences. AI not only supports traditional teaching, but also allows the exploration of new educational methodologies and approaches. For example, the use of automated educational assistants and chatbots can facilitate autonomous and continuous learning, while the creation of AI-powered visual and multimedia content enriches learning experiences. By being trained in these technologies, teachers can lead the implementation of innovative pedagogical practices that motivate students and improve academic outcomes.

Objectives

  • Understand the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (AI) and its evolution in the educational context.
  • Develop skills in the application of AI algorithms and models in educational environments.
  • Apply generative AI technologies to create personalized programmatic educational content.
  • Design and program educational automatic assistants using advanced AI technologies.
  • Implement AI in the creation of visual and multimedia content for teaching.
  • Integrating AI into educational assessment to improve equity and effectiveness.
  • Promote active and collaborative methodologies in the classroom supported by AI.
  • Design inclusive learning experiences that leverage AI capabilities.
  • Develop practical skills in applying AI in real educational projects.
