MASTER'S DEGREES

MASTER'S DEGREES

ETSII teachers participate and organize various master's degrees that students who have completed their studies in any of the school's grades can take.

There are two types of master's degrees: University Masters (previously known as official Masters) and the Master's degrees that are offered as a title of the URJC. Both types of master's degrees allow students to complete their training after completing their university studies and allow them to improve their employment and boost their professional career, since companies tend to value them equally as specialized and quality training.

A Master's Degree gives access to a Doctorate, while an own degree does not. The university master's degree also grants points in Public Administration competitions or competitions as a postgraduate degree, while an own degree scores as continuous training, although this may vary according to the scale of each opposition or competition. On the other hand, a university degree does not need to go through the accreditation processes in the national agencies and/or Ministry that a university master's degree must pass. This allows it to be more agile in the preparation and improvement of its study plans, and in the incorporation of teachers from the private sector, which usually results in rapid adaptation to the needs of the labor market.
