Five URJC master's degrees recognized as among the best in Spain by the newspaper 'El Mundo'

The URJC consolidates its position as one of the public universities with the best postgraduate training offer, according to the prestigious ranking of El Mundo which annually analyzes the best master's degrees in Spain. In this edition, five programs offered in whole or in part by the URJC have been selected among the most outstanding in their respective fields.

Hydrology and Water Resources Management, taught jointly with the University of Alcalá, has been rated as the fourth best in the Environmental Management category for its practical approach and close collaboration with research centers such as IMDEA Agua (Water) o CEDEX, in addition to having the support of entities such as the Canal de Isabel II o SacyrThe program is held in Madrid, has 30 places, and is worth 60 ECTS credits.

For its part, the Master in Television Journalism, organized together with Radio Television Española (RTVE), is positioned as one of the best options for those wishing to specialize in the audiovisual field. The degree provides training in the use of the most advanced television editing and production tools, as well as in writing and presenting on camera. It lasts 90 ECTS credits, is taught in Madrid, and offers 18 places.

In the field of education, the Master's Degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training, and Languages ​​stands out as the fifth in the teaching field due to its versatility and breadth, with fifteen training pathways that combine a solid common foundation with specializations tailored to different disciplines. It offers 30 places, a duration of 60 ECTS credits, and a highly competitive price.

Within the technology field, the degree in Computer Graphics, Games, and Virtual Reality has been recognized within the Specialized Computing program for its strong ties to the industry. Leading companies such as Electronic Arts, Meta, Activision, Skydance Animation Studios, Autodesk, and Bitoon Games collaborate with the program. It is taught at the Móstoles Campus, with 30 places and a duration of 60 ECTS credits.

Finally, the Master's Degree in Ecosystem Restoration, an interuniversity program in the Environmental Impact category involving the University of Alcalá, the Complutense University of Madrid, the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and the URJC, has established itself as a benchmark in both the research and professional fields. The master's degree offers 40 places, is taught at the Alcalá de Henares and Madrid campuses, and lasts 90 ECTS credits.
