The program offered a broad and interdisciplinary perspective on the United States, addressing issues related to its history, culture, politics, literature, film, and national imaginaries. This diversity of approaches enriched the debate and highlighted the value of collaboration between different fields of knowledge to understand the complexity of a nation in constant transformation.

The course organizers wish to express their gratitude to everyone who made this initiative possible. First and foremost, they thank the organizing team and scientific committee, comprised of María Cornejo, Jaime Oliveros, Marina Piñero, and Manuel Iglesias Vázquez (UCJC), for their excellent work. They also extend special thanks to Inmaculada Cobos, Vice Dean of Culture and Communication at the FCEDEI of URJC, and to Zahra Alcine Ohldin, whose support contributed to the smooth running of the event.

They also wished to extend their appreciation to all participants for the quality of their contributions and their excellent work, which made this edition a success. They also thanked Manuel Macías Borrego, the course director, for promoting and coordinating this academic initiative.
