Education is a basic social pillar and, as such, requires trained teachers, with knowledge, skills and attitudes developed in accordance with the current scenario and, of course, the characteristics and needs of their students.

El Master's Degree in Teacher Training from the Rey Juan Carlos University aims to respond to the training needs of professionals interested in becoming qualified for the teaching profession in Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching.

The URJC offers 14 different specialties that respond to training needs in very different fields, so that the student can choose the one most in tune with their previous studies. All specialties are taught in person and have general and specific subjects to fully train future teachers. It also places special emphasis on the acquisition of those skills related to job development, offering its students complementary days to expand, among other things, their knowledge and skills, beyond the official curriculum.

For their part, the students have a multidisciplinary teaching staff with extensive knowledge and experience in the sector, and are accompanied during the learning process so that they can get the most out of their training. With 150 hours of internships in educational centers, future teachers can develop what they have learned in the master's degree and come into direct contact with what their future profession will be.
