In these areas it is necessary to know a methodology and tools for the evaluation of the neuromuscular aspects involved in them.

Objectives

Know the foundation and methodology in the use of vertical jumps and the force-velocity profile for the neuromuscular assessment of sports training

Competences

  • That the student is able to apply the neuromuscular assessment tools following appropriate procedures and methodology.
  • That the student is able to interpret the data obtained with the neuromuscular evaluation tools.
  • That the student is able to know and understand the physiological and biomechanical factors that condition the training and development of neuromuscular strength.
  • That the student is able to apply a technological control of the athlete's performance during the training process and in competition.
  • That the student is able to interpret the data obtained with the neuromuscular assessment tools

Program
