Young university students have an appointment next December 1 and 2 with the first Universia Virtual Employability Fair for Spain and Portugal. With the support of Banco Santander, the objective of this online event is to create an innovative connection space between young people and companies and academic institutions to directly connect talent with the search for professionals by participating entities.

The virtual fair, which will be hosted on the 'Taalentfy' platform, meets the growing demand for the use of virtual environments in the labor market. The immediacy in the consumption of information, adaptation to change and the need to strengthen the personal and professional brand are some of the most marked trends in this new reality. And with this initiative, Universia adapts to the needs of companies, institutions and young people.

The two-day event already has the participation of companies and institutions such as Banco Santander, NTT Data, Fundación Universia, Acciona, UNIR, Deloitte or Iberdrola, among others. Students, graduates, recruiters and professionals from the professional career services of the participating institutions will present employment opportunities, internships and training to improve their employability, all with real-time interactions.

After your registration in this link, young people will be able to apply for the different offers, generate their competency profile and understand the existing options to train and improve their employability. Students and graduates from Spain and Portugal will be able to register for hundreds of job opportunities, chat with recruiters live in the virtual sphere and participate in video interviews ('one to one').

The participating companies will organize web seminars to bring potential candidates closer to their work reality, learn about the needs and values of the companies and listen to the people who work in them.
