Writing scientific articles on health

One of the main characteristics of science is that the researcher's work must reach the rest of the scientific community so that these advances transcend society. Therefore, publishing a scientific article is the last step in the research work of professionals in the field of health. 

The Doctoral Programs in Health Sciences and the Interuniversity Program in Epidemiology and Public Health of the URJC are aware that researchers must be able to write a good report, and for this they have organized the conference “Writing scientific articles in health ”.   

These meetings, aimed at students enrolled in these programs, will take place at the Faculty of Health Sciences (Alcorcón Campus) on March 15, 16, 22, and 23. The objective, according to the organizers, is to "improve knowledge and skills that enable students to disseminate the results of their research." 

For this they will have Isabel del Cura and Jesús Martín, associated professors linked to the area of ​​Preventive Medicine and Public Health, who "have extensive teaching and research experience", as the organizers affirm. They will be in charge of explaining how to develop a scientific article and its subsequent dissemination plan.
