“We think that the issue of pornography concerns and worries society more and more every day; be it in the field of education, the protection of minors, the rights of women and girls to a life without sexual violence and without being objectified, legal, philosophical and cultural aspects. It is clear that pornography is acting as a very powerful socializing agent, influencing how adolescents perceive sexuality and sexual violence. From an interdisciplinary analysis, we will discuss the issue, always from a critical perspective, and focused on the rights of women and the improvement of human relations”, declares Eva Palomo Cermeño, director of the conference and professor at the URJC in the area of moral philosophy.
