Today, Thursday March 30, a day of job orientation and career opportunities in consulting, private equity and banking is being held. The event, organized by the Business Investment Club (BIC), will take place at 13:00 p.m. on the Madrid campus, specifically in the auditorium of the departmental building.
According to Fernando González Ramos, president of BIC, "the objective is to professionally guide students who are passionate about the world of finance and who do not know very well what to do after their degree." Therefore, the event is aimed at students of degrees such as Business Administration, Economics or Accounting and Finance, "although it can also be for students of Tourism or Marketing, or in general anyone who wants to enter this sector", González specifies.
The event has the collaboration of the company Zrive, an educational and job orientation platform for university students and young professionals interested in the business world (mainly consulting, finance and law). “As a representative, we will have the presence of Edu Riera, founder of Zrive and former investment banker at Citibank, who will give students the keys and main skills to function in the financial world, as well as an overview of the different job opportunities” , explains the president of BIC.
As González Ramos comments, “we hope to fill the Vicálvaro assembly hall, not only because of the number of people, but because we really believe that these types of talks have added value; that a professional with a long career come to tell first-hand how his process was and his employment situation seems really interesting to us ”.
The conference has a recognition of 0.1 credits for all attendees.
