All the keys to business communication

The Móstoles Business Incubator (managed by the URJC) continues with its 'webinars' programme. This Thursday, May 25, at 10:30 a.m. (Teams), a new installment is being held with the aim of training entrepreneurs on communication skills and effectively conveying messages to customers.

Through the session, attendees will be offered tools to recognize and overcome communication barriers, as well as to improve the social skills that we will put into practice to gain influence.

The issue of communication will be discussed from the point of view of its use in the sales process, focusing on the modalities that we can resort to, the obstacles that we can face and the needs of the client that will be to take into account to create a personalized and effective strategy.

The 'webinar' will be led by Pilar Romero, a professional with more than 20 years of experience in HR and the commercial area and a regular collaborator in professional development itineraries. Certified Coach in ICF (International Coaching Federation).

This session will be recognized with 0,1 ECTS Credits by the Rey Juan Carlos University and can be accessed on the date and time indicated through  this link.
