Today the second day of the XV Seminar on Legal Aspects of University Management took place at the Rey Juan Carlos University, taking over from the University of Córdoba, which organized the fourteenth edition in 2022. The event, titled "30 years building University Law", has brought together experts in university law to analyze the advances and challenges of this legal branch in the last three decades.

During two intense days, legal advisors, university managers and representatives of the business sector have debated around five thematic blocks on key issues for the future of academic institutions.

The conference was attended by prominent jurists, academics and university managers, who, through conferences, analyzed the main challenges and opportunities of university law in the current context. Among the topics addressed, the digitalization of education, the protection of personal data, intellectual property and conflict resolution in the academic field stood out.

The event has also served to make visible the efforts of academic institutions to provide themselves with a solid legal framework that allows them to strengthen their processes and meet their objectives in teaching, research, innovation and knowledge transfer. Likewise, it has been an opportunity to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the meetings dedicated to the construction of University Law and the consolidation of collaborative ties between university legal advisors.
