The meeting was held from June 30 to July 4 in Vienna and is the first meeting of this type held by the 10 European universities that make up EULiST

The main objective of this meeting held last week in Vienna was to bring together students from this university alliance in order for them to connect with each other on a professional level. With undergraduate, master's and doctoral students who have been able to present their own projects and attend several workshops in which they have had the opportunity to learn about various topics ranging from health sciences, technology, physics to business and socioeconomics. , through sustainability and social impact.

A total of 19 students from the Rey Juan Carlos University participated in the meeting. Two of them: Aitana Velasco and Luis Fanjul, have collaborated in the organization as members of the 'Student Board', made up of two students from each university belonging to EULiST.

This initiative is carried out in line with the motto: 'European Universities Linking Society and Technology', bringing technology closer to society, making it accessible and understandable for everyone. The 10 universities that make up this group have sent their students to participate in this pioneering event. In total, about 200 students belonging to the 10 universities of the EULiST Alliance attended the 'Student Conference'

This first edition has been a complete success in terms of participation and has featured two surprise presentations, the first by Frank Piplat, 'Head of European Parliament Liaison', on the European Parliament and a conference on projects related to urban planning, architecture and interior design presented by Peter Lorenz, professional in the sector.
