A new edition of the '50 best master's degrees' chosen by the newspaper 'El Mundo' has arrived at the gates of July. In 2024, four master's degrees from the URJC have been included in a selection made up of the 250 best postgraduate programs in Spain in 50 specialties and the five best entities where they are taught. The classification is prepared after the analysis of 25 criteria and the opinion of 800 teachers.
On this occasion, the best placed is Master in Ecosystem Restoration (2nd in its category), taught in collaboration with the UAH, the UCM and the UPM, of which 'El Mundo' points out that “it simultaneously offers a research orientation to evaluate a doctoral thesis and another professional thesis. Its teaching staff is multidisciplinary and has a high academic profile.”
It is followed by Master in International Tourism Management (4th in its category), of this degree, the Unidad Editorial newspaper highlights that “the URJC is part of the UNWTO and houses the University Center for Tourism Studies.”
Hydrology and Water Resources Management, taught together with the UAH, manages to rank as the fifth best master's degree in its category. In this case, the newspaper highlights its teaching staff made up of specialized university teachers and professionals from organizations and companies in the sector.
The presence of the URJC in the ranking of El Mundo closes, the Master in Television Journalism, in collaboration with RTVE. Those responsible for the index point out that “this degree trains students in the use of the most advanced audiovisual tools and in writing and presenting news.”
A new edition of the 'El Mundo' ranking that once again demonstrates the high level of the master's degrees at the Rey Juan Carlos University.
