The objective of this training session is to learn to identify and work on both “the strengths and weaknesses of a project, to use and correct them strategically, thus maximizing the ability to create value,” says the Nursery, managed by the URJC.
The workshop, which will be taught online, will be led by the Business Organization professor, Miguel Blanco, who, through the analysis of success stories such as Starbucks, will show how a small coffee business in Seattle became a global brand with more than 30.000 establishments.
“How can a product as everyday as coffee be sold for up to five times more? The answer lies in the ability to generate value through internal aspects: from product quality and location, to employee motivation, personalization and customer experience,” the organization says.
The workshop is completely free and will be held on Wednesday, October 9th from 13:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m. via Teams and without prior registration. To participate, just click on the following link: Strengths and Weaknesses Conference.
Attendees will discover how these key factors can be applied to a project and help differentiate it from the competition. In addition, 0.05 ECTS credits will be offered to all participants.
