The Rey Juan Carlos University will have a space in which two teachers and two students from the ESCET and the FCEDEI They will attend to visitors by presenting them with the University's wide range of educational offerings, as well as the diversity of its five campuses spread across the Community of Madrid.

Pilar Serrano, cCoordinator of the University Orientation Program He states that participation in this type of fair, and specifically in 'UNITOUR', "is in line with our duty as a public institution to guide citizens", and Serrano adds that "it considerably improves the visibility and reputation of the URJC".

According to data from CRUE, approximately 33% of the more than 340.000 students who enter the Spanish university system each year drop out of their studies before completing their degree due to a lack of knowledge of what it will mean to enroll.

For this reason, 'UNITOUR' was created 19 years ago with the aim of trying to reduce this dropout rate and helping high school graduates to think more carefully about their decision. The fair travels to 41 Spanish cities, bringing together the main universities to show future students their training offer.
