The course, which will run from March 13 to May 29 on the Fuenlabrada campus, with a total of 30 hours of training distributed in 15 sessions, aims to foster mutual understanding between Europe and Asia, promoting understanding of their traditions, values and historical transformations.
Under the direction of Raúl Ramírez Ruiz, professor of Contemporary History at the URJC, the course offers a multidisciplinary perspective to understand Eurasian dynamics. "The course seeks to foster intercultural dialogue and provide students with tools to face global challenges," says Ramírez.

These experts in Eurasian relations will address topics such as Confucianism, Ibero-American networks in Asia and smart cities.
The course director highlights the importance of hosting this seminar for the URJC, stating that this series of initiatives “strengthens the internationalisation of the university and the construction of transcontinental and European networks”.
The Eurasia Foundation is committed to training future transnational leaders. To this end, it sponsors events around the world to help young people learn about Asia and have the opportunity to resolve conflicts through dialogue.
Registration is free and is aimed at university students. The course has 85 places available and offers up to 1,5 ECTS credits, with the possibility of obtaining partial credits depending on attendance.
