Once again this year, the Móstoles Business Incubator is organizing an entrepreneurship event for members of the Rey Juan Carlos University. This session, which will take place tomorrow, April 29, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will address why a Shareholders' Agreement is essential when starting a business. As the organizers point out, "at first, everything flows, but disagreements eventually arise, and when that happens, having a clear framework changes everything."
Designed for entrepreneurs, startups, and companies, this workshop helps them avoid blockages, make decisions with a shared vision, and grow confidently. Participants will learn what a Shareholders' Agreement is and when to draft one, how to prevent internal conflicts, and the real short- and long-term benefits. Additionally, success stories from startups that have made a difference will be analyzed.
Jorge Miralles, a business mediator, economist, and CEO of Acordemos, will be present for the occasion. With more than twenty-five years of experience in conflict resolution in corporate, labor, and business settings, Miralles will discuss his career and explain the key factors that have made him a leader in corporate agreements and family protocols.
In this edition, participation, free and without prior registration, will be exclusively online, through the following link. Additionally, it's worth noting that 0.05 credits will be awarded to all attendees who request them.
