The short film 'Every drop counts' It focuses on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), addressing the urgent need to prevent alcohol consumption during pregnancy and to highlight the lifelong consequences this disorder can have on the lives of those who suffer from it. The second short film,'Your habits define you' is dedicated to highlighting the importance of maintaining healthy lifestyles.

The day was institutionally supported by the Higher School of Experimental Sciences and Technology (ESCET), the coordination of the Degree in Food Science and Technology (CyTA) and the University Office of Service Learning of the URJC. In addition, it also had the participation of the 'TEAF Visual Foundation' and the'Spanish Association of Eosinophilic Esophagitis' (AEDESEO).

The day concluded with a presentation by Judith Gañán, the project's coordinating professor, who emphasized the fundamental role of Service-Learning in student development: "These types of projects are essential because they directly connect academic knowledge with real-life experiences. Students become aware that their training can have a tangible impact on society." Service-Learning "confronts them with real-life problems and encourages them to seek solutions, developing not only technical skills but also commitment and social responsibility," the project coordinator added.

Both works will be available for dissemination on social media and in URJC educational settings, as tools to continue promoting awareness at the university level.
