King Felipe VI attended the final stage of the "Talent Tour," organized by the Princess of Girona Foundation, which toured a total of 20 Spanish cities, connecting millions of young people.

Four of the Foundation's previous award recipients, including Soleá Morente, Victoria Luengo, social entrepreneur Begoña Arana, inventor and URJC graduate Guillermo Gaunas, and Sergio Álvarez, an expert in financing talent and entrepreneurship, met at the URJC before a large audience of students.

All of them have reviewed their careers and encouraged the young audience to work hard, be themselves, seek authenticity, identify how they can contribute to the community they join, think of technology as a social good, surround themselves with people who contribute to life, among other inspiring ideas.

Before that, it was the turn of leading business figures, such as Verónica Pascual, an expert in AI and Robotics and director of the ASTI Foundation; Sonia Marzo, head of AI National Skills at Microsoft; Ignacio Rodríguez Solano, director of the Renault Foundation; and Jacobo San Nicolás, SVP Head of Design and Technology for Radisson Hotel Group.

The first panel, which featured the two women, focused on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the workplace. Both encouraged ongoing training, ethical and responsible use of AI, and the fight against bias. "We are constantly feeding the algorithm," Sara Marzo noted. Verónica Pascual, for her part, indicated that the proper use of technology "can help us become superhuman" in a world filled with uncertainty.

The second panel discussed lifelong learning. "If I'm not learning, something's wrong," said Rodríguez Solano. Jacobo San Nicolás, for his part, drew attention to context and talent, identifying opportunities, seizing them, and standing out.

The event was enlivened by a performance by Soleá Morente, who sang the song "Poemas" with lyrics by José Manuel Caballero Bonald.

The event was moderated by Ingrid Aznar, director of the Princess of Girona Awards, who was joined, in the first part of the session, by Pablo González, CEO of Trivu.

CongresFest was being held simultaneously with this presentation at the Teatro del Bosque in Móstoles, where attendees could find "more talks and more inspiration," in the words of Ingrid Aznar.
