Susana Bena, first deaf doctor from the URJC

'Bibliorrelatos' is an initiative aimed at the entire university community that invites you to create a story set in the URJC library. The deadline for submitting stories will be open until December 11 and will be managed using this form.
The URJC, through the Vice-Rectorate for Teacher Training and Teaching Innovation, has implemented the HEFESTO Mentoring program aimed at students with disabilities and special educational needs, for this it has signed a collaboration agreement with the ADECCO Foundation with the aim of carrying out a training course for mentors.

The URJC rewards excellent academic records

More than 100 award-winning students from the 2021-2022 class attended the award gala, which seeks to reward academic excellence in their respective Degrees and Double Degrees.

HIV testing on the Móstoles and Madrid campuses

On the occasion of World AIDS Day, awareness and prevention actions have been carried out on the URJC campuses in Móstoles and Madrid-Vicálvaro.
This project carried out by the Animal Assisted Intervention Office of the URJC and the Primary Care Research Institute, together with the collaboration of Purina, seeks to evaluate the degree of human-animal bond generated in several TAA sessions 
The interpretation is titled 'All about Oedipus', and seeks to adapt the story of the mythical king to the current situation and with many nods to the present of Spain.
Yesterday, the Rey Juan Carlos University and the Lefebvre company presented the URJC-Lefebvre Chair of Business Law and Technology Applied to Best Legal Practices. The event, which was held on the Vicálvaro campus, was chaired by the rector of the University, Javier Ramos.
The awards, granted by the Chair of Health Innovation and Management of the URJC and the Gaceta Médica magazine, recognize the best health centers, services and units in all of Spain for the quality of patient care.
